A Costume Change
In a previous post I expressed my fondness for a clipping of Edith attired for a costume ball in 1913. I managed to track down a press photo of her for that event, and yesterday it arrived:
It goes without saying that I am tickled pink to have the photo. The process of finding it has been quite engaging; within the course of a month I have gone from first seeing the image on microfilm, to receiving three trunks of Edwin Krenn's papers which contained a newsprint copy, to finally owning an actual photograph.
Yet another example of how beguiling Edith can be.
